Cocoa Caramel Mug Cake
Our caramel mug cakes are just the thing when you‘re in the mood for something sweet and simple. This cocoa caramel mug cake recipe is made with Werther's Original Soft Éclair Caramels for a unique take on a cocoa mug cake.
Ingredients
- 4 Werther's Original Soft Éclair Caramels, unwrapped
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions

Mix all ingredients (except caramels) in a bowl until combined.

Pour mixture into a coffee mug and drop caramels in the center of mixture.

Microwave on high for 90 seconds. If it's still a little gooey, cook in 10-second intervals until cooked through.
